Plenary Session speakers and Concurrent Session presenters
All PowerPoints must be uploaded for playback in session rooms. We encourage pre-uploading for ease onsite. A Speaker Ready Room will be available onsite if you need to upload or make changes to your presentation after the pre-upload deadline.
The pre-upload portal will close July 7, 11:59 a.m. EST. Detailed instructions are provided in the Oral Presentation Guidelines below.

Oral Presentation Guidelines
The oral PowerPoint template is encouraged, but not required.
Speaker Ready Room (onsite at the Confex Center)
The Speaker Ready Room is available for presenters to do the final loading of presentations and/or make any last-minute changes to presentations you may have previously uploaded. The Speaker Ready Room is located inside the Confex Center in Room R, Level 2. The room will be open beginning at 12:00 on Sunday, 13 July. The full schedule of when the speaker ready room is open can be found in the Full Online Schedule.
Presenters are encouraged to upload their presentations onsite the day before their talk, but no later than 2 hours before your talk.
Poster Presenters
Posters must be printed by attendees and displayed in the designated area by the start of your designated "Present Author at Poster" session time. It is during this time that you must be available at your poster for discussion with attendees. Please review the Poster Presentation Guidelines.
2025 Poster Template
