Registration for attendees includes:

Single Day registration includes entrance to the sessions and exhibits on the day of purchase only. The Welcome Reception is included if you choose to purchase registration on the day that ticketed event is held. You cannot register for multiple single days.

Our topic driven tables will be hosted by a volunteer who will assist in keeping the conversation moving. This workshop is being offered on the afternoon of Tuesday, July 18 during the scheduled free time. Participation requires pre-registration and the $39 registration fee.
Guest Information
Guests must be registered and purchase a ticket(s) to attend the Welcome Reception or Closing Celebration. The Guest designation is for social guests attending in a non-business capacity. Business associates and colleagues are not considered guests and must register for the full meeting.
Abstract Presenter Registration Deadline
The designated presenting author MUST register for the 2023 XIX Congress by
May 22, 2023. Failure to register will result in your abstract being withdrawn from the meeting.
Cancellation and Substitution Policy
Registration cancellations must be made in writing and emailed to IS-MPMI at
ISMPMICongress@scisoc.org by
June 2, 2023. Cancellations received by this date are subject to a $100 cancellation fee. Registration cancellations received after June 2, 2023, are not subject to a refund.
Registration fees will be refunded the same way they were paid to IS-MPMI.
Attendee substitutions are permitted. If the original registrant is a member, the substitute must also be a member, pay the membership fee or the difference between the member and nonmember rate. Membership fees paid with PLUS registrations are non-refundable after 30 days from registration.
Attendees from outside the U.S. who register for the meeting and apply for a visa to travel to the U.S. by May 22 will be eligible for a refund if the visa is not granted prior to the meeting and proper documentation is provided. Cancellations may be subject to a $100 processing fee.
In the event IS-MPMI cancels the event or associated ticketed events, IS-MPMI is not liable for any charges including nonrefundable hotel charges, airfares or change penalties imposed by an airline.

From Outside the United States
If you need to apply for a temporary non-immigrant visa to attend 2023 IS-MPMI Congress, you are advised to apply for your visa as soon as possible. You will receive an invitation letter after your registration is complete, which may be submitted with your visa application to verify the name, dates, location, and purpose of 2023 IS-MPMI Congress. All applicants must be able to qualify for a visa on their own merits. IS-MPMI cannot intervene with embassies in other countries on behalf of any meeting participants. Please visit the U.S. Visa website for official, up-to-date information.
The U.S. Department of State encourages you to apply for your visa as soon as possible. Some consulates may have backlogs in scheduling visa interviews, so applicants should contact the consulate directly to determine wait times or visit the U.S. Visa website.
